I've had a few folks tell me or email me that they want to participate in this challenge, but in order to create accountability and also know who we're in this with, we need to all sign up!

Please reply to this discussion and let us know who you are and a little about your goals. If you don't have any other goals that just to rack up points to win the Hyper PreCool Vest, that's ok, too!

I'm in!! I'm still formulating my goals right now, but I am working on racking up the points.
I am joining the hyper challange. I have never counted calories before, and that proves to be the hardest thing for me. Yet, as I made a last-minute grab for a prepackaged sandwich form the freezer, I read it has 500+ calories in one sub-par sandwich... yikes! Time to get serious about health.

I am joining at the end of the "practice week", but will be posting a picture and my goals by Sunday to start this challange in full swing Monday. Hold me accountable, and wish me luck on this venture! -Brian
me! and ditto Brian about calories... 2 cool mint oreo cookies = 150 cal, sheesh!! I just watched a Brian Regan routine the other night where he comments about that about fig newtons and how his serving size is not 2 pieces but 2 sleeves hehe. Sort of what I was thinking.

some goals: go from 11 to 25 tricep pull ups, 7 to 15 bicep/other pull ups, and from 20-30sec of tricep hang (what I am calling it) to 1m30s...
