I hit a major wall week two. Not only did I not have any motivation, I got sick on Sunday, which really threw me off for the next week. I didn't work out much and I didn't wear my Hyper Vest at all week three.
Total points to date: 622
But today is the beginning of a new week and week four is going to be great! Here are my goals for this week:
* Get the Hyper Vest bonus point this week by wearing my vest for at least an hour a day for 5 days

As for the vest, I'm still wearing it 6 to 8 hours a day, 2 or 3 days a week. I had to cut back a little because of a lower back injury I suffered a couple of years ago, that still hasn't been fixed properly. But, the vest has done wonders for my weight loss, and has helped to strengthen my knees, and helped to reduce ALOT of the pain I was suffering from after an ACL replacement surgury I had about 8 years ago. I have no doubt that once my back is fixed "right", the vest will be a huge benefit in my rehabilitation with my back as well.
As for the newsletter. I don't think my "story" is all that special, or interesting. I'm sure there are others here that would keep your readers awake, better than mine ... but if you want to use it, feel free. I don't have any other pics online, but you are more than welcome to use the pic you have here. ;o)
